COVID19 Announcement: Until 31 May 2020, we are offering everyone FREE access to our At Home Group Training sessions to encourage more people to train from home. 

Our Group Training sessions allow you to workout with other people. This allows anyone from any fitness level to train in their own home with people all over the world. Don't worry you wont need any equipment. 

Membership is on a 3 monthly basis and you get unlimited access to the sessions.

  • Gym attire
  • Smart phone
  • Airpods/Wireless headphones
  • Tablet/phone stand (optional but recommended)
  • You might need a backpack with some bottles of water to use as weights.

Unexpectedly productive?

With the virus Covid-19 situation at the moment, I wanted to minimise my trips to the Gym so thought I should give Home Personal Training a go. I expected it to just be some cardio or exercise but surprisingly it was quite tough. I was screaming and yelling in the gym room that my housemates had to go check out what was wrong with me. It really makes a difference when you have someone on the other side yelling down your ear pushing you to finish the last few reps. We ended up doing Legs, Core and Chest. 3 days later I'm still a bit sore. The good thing is that I didn't have any equipment and all I used was a chair and some cushions haha. Thanks Brandy for being such a motivating PT.
